Viewing and claiming are different deadlines

The notice lists the Twitch claim deadline as October 30 at 23:59 PDT, also written as October 31 at 07:59 CET. These are the official labels as published; check the official Drops portal for updates.
Global accounts are eligible. Korean and Taiwanese service accounts are excluded.
Launch reward thresholds
The Global Launch campaign uses 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 and 10 watched hours. The 10-hour reward is Adorable Young Elim Shoulder. Check the campaign panel for each unlocked item.
Link, watch, claim, then check delivery
- Open the official Drops portal.
- Link Twitch to the Steam account you play on, or the NC account used for PURPLE.
- Watch participating channels. The official FAQ says progress accumulates across channels.
- Open Twitch Drops Inventory and explicitly claim each unlocked reward.
- Check delivery on the linked game account.
An unlocked reward is not the same as a claimed reward, and a Twitch claim is not proof of in-game delivery.
If the reward is missing
Check campaign eligibility, the claimed state and the exact linked account in NC My Page → Manage Login before contacting Support.
The October 2 notice warns against separately relinking a Steam-created NC account on the NC website: doing so can split the connection and prevent character access. Follow the official account instructions rather than repeatedly changing links.
