The official controller answer
The Global launch FAQ says AION 2 is playable with a controller, but controllers are not officially supported.
That distinction matters when deciding what setup or troubleshooting support to expect. It does not guarantee a particular model, a native controller interface or a tested button layout.

Outside official support does not, by itself, prove that every configuration is technically impossible. Conversely, a player-made Steam Input layout does not expand the official promise.
