AION 2 Kinah Guide: Bound Kina, Trade and Early Spending

At a glance

Kina is the Global interface name; Kinah is a common search spelling. Keep bound and tradeable balances separate, check your reward cube before spending Odyle and save expensive rerolls for lasting upgrades.

Bound and tradeable Kina

The Global launch reward reference distinguishes bound Kina from Exploration and tradeable Kina from Conquest. They are not interchangeable market balances.

The official launch FAQ ties access to the player-driven economy and currency exchange to membership. Do not assume that a free account can sell every item in the same way, or that a trade walkthrough for another service applies unchanged.

A practical starting routine

  1. Finish story and one-time rewards.
  2. Inspect the newest dungeon you can reliably complete.
  3. Check the reward cube and whether its currency is bound or tradeable.
  4. Spend Odyle when the claim helps a clear progression bottleneck.

Clear relevant mid-bosses if you intend to claim a full cube: their share is part of the payout in the launch reference. Avoid sitting at the energy refill cap, while also avoiding unnecessary claims.

Spend on the next useful upgrade

Defer expensive random rerolls and crafting gambles until you know which pieces you will keep. A higher entry gate is useful only if you can complete the encounter and claim the intended reward.

Income depends on eligibility, claims and encounter completion. This guide does not promise a fixed daily income or an hourly farming profit. For gear decisions, see the 1,400 route and old-gear checklist.
