AION 2 Dungeons Guide: Entry Levels, Modes and Odyle Rewards

At a glance

Check both the dungeon and its selected mode. Item level controls eligibility, while Odyle normally pays for reward claims; unclaimed-cube and pity-choice limits can still block re-entry.

Match the dungeon and mode to your gate

The Global launch reference lists five-player Expeditions and 2–5 players for Transcendence.

Dungeon / stage Character level Item level
Krao Cave — earlier Exploration 20 200
Urugugu Canyon — earlier Exploration 28 300
Fire Temple — earlier Exploration 35 500
Draupnir — level-45 reference 45 700
Vakron Sky Island — level-45 reference 45 1,400
Ferocious Horn Den — level-45 reference 45 2,100

Use the entrance interface and party finder for your region. A dungeon name alone does not identify its difficulty or reward, and meeting the gate does not guarantee a clear.

Odyle pays for reward claims

The reference distinguishes free entry from paid reward claims. Conquest and Transcendence claims cost 40 Odyle in the launch build.

Odyle rule Retained Global launch value
Baseline regeneration 15 every 3 hours
Baseline daily regeneration 120
Free-account cap 560
Member cap 840

A member’s additional infusion still consumes energy. Decide whether the reward helps before claiming it, while avoiding wasted regeneration at the cap.

If you cannot re-enter

Do not interpret free entry as unconditional unlimited entry. The launch reference reports:

  • A 10-per-week unclaimed-cube allowance, with an entry block when exhausted.
  • A block until a completed pity choice is claimed.

Check the relevant in-game counter and pending reward choice before assuming the problem is your item level.

This guide covers entry and rewards. Boss mechanics, temporarily unavailable raids and later balance changes need their own current guidance.
