Transfer phases and the corrected Europe window
The official product notice announces two phases:
| Server phase | Announced period |
|---|---|
| Early Access | After October 13 PDT / October 14 CEST maintenance, until before October 20 / 21 maintenance |
| Launch | After October 20 / 21 maintenance, until before October 27 / 28 maintenance |
Transfers from Early Access servers are limited to other Early Access servers. The first week is for Early Access; the second week is for Launch servers.
The latest October 14, 03:30 PDT Fixes in both the product notice and official Q&A move the first Europe window to 12:30 CEST, with the previously scheduled end unchanged:
| Time zone | October 14 first Europe window |
|---|---|
| CEST | 12:30–16:00 |
| UTC | 10:30–14:00 |
| China Standard Time | 18:30–22:00 |
The regular Europe windows printed in the notices are 12:00–16:00 and 18:00–22:00 CEST during the applicable period. The October 14 first window starts 30 minutes later. The product notice also mentions an additional round after maintenance without giving its hours in that sentence; do not invent another window from it.
Older lower bullets still say 13:00 CEST. Use the explicitly updated 03:30 PDT Fixes above those stale lines. This October 14 exception does not establish a first-day exception for next week’s Launch phase. Check the current notice and local time zone after daylight-saving changes. These are announced hours, not a live confirmation that applications are open.
Costs and transfer limits
| Charge or restriction | Announced rule |
|---|---|
| Base fee | 0 Quna |
| Per-character fee | 0 Quna |
| Each additional destination character slot | 1,000 Quna |
| Region and faction | Must stay within the same region and faction |
| Account limit | Once during the transfer period, from one origin to one destination |
For example, moving six characters into four available destination slots requires two additional slots: 2,000 Quna.
Before you apply
- Transferring characters must be level 10 or higher and on the origin server.
- The applicant must be in a village, outside the Abyss, a Rift or a dungeon.
- Leave the Legion and clear any pending Legion application.
- Finish active Duty Missions.
- Clear Market listings, pending collections and unclaimed proceeds.
- Claim Shop Storage items and mail on each transferring character.
- Check destination slots and both servers’ transfer-capacity limits.
During your regional purchase window, open In-Game Shop → Server Transfer. The purchase button activates when the requirements are met. The October 14 capacity notice warns that a round can close early when a server reaches its limit. Available transfer counts update every hour on the hour. You may try a later round, but excessive requests can lead to permanent closure of transfers into or out of a particular server; a later opening is not guaranteed.
Move storage items and understand what resets
Server Storage contents do not transfer. Move wanted items and Kina into the transferring character’s Cube or Character Storage first.
Pets, skins and membership move away from the origin; characters left behind lose those shared benefits. Genus Insight requires a progress choice and resets at the origin. Read the full official Q&A before committing.
During and after the move
Completed requests cannot be canceled or reversed. Login is blocked while the transfer processes. On PURPLE, wait for the announced completion notification. Transferred characters receive @TemporaryName and choose a new name on their first login.
No transfer was performed for this guide. Recheck the official notice, maintenance completion and in-game availability before applying.
